These terms apply to any individual who opens or uses a q1q account. Access is available where local law permits, and it is your responsibility to confirm that your use of the platform is lawful in your location before you proceed.

We do not change terms without notice. Any update is communicated to your registered email at least 7 days in advance. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the new terms take effect without penalty.

Breach of these terms may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any funds held in your wallet at the time of closure will be handled in line with the relevant clause governing account termination and outstanding balances.

Deposits and withdrawals via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are subject to both our terms and the operating conditions of those payment providers. Transaction limits set by your bank or wallet provider take precedence over our platform limits in cases of conflict.

Email our support team from the address registered to your account and include a copy of a valid identity document. We will compile and send your data within 15 working days as required under applicable data protection law.

Disputes are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you access q1q, where that is determinable. For accounts operated from India, Indian law applies to the extent permitted. Our support team can refer unresolved disputes to the formal review process.

Accounts are non-transferable. Each account is created for a single individual and may not be shared, sold, or assigned. Opening more than one account per person is also prohibited and may result in both accounts being closed under our duplicate-account clause.
